As a former yoyo dieter myself, I know the struggles of weight loss and self-sabotaging behaviours too well.
I'm Iris, originally from Switzerland but now calling Scotland my home, going towards my fifties, ex yo-yo dieter, business women and founder of Iris Rusterholz Health & Wellbeing Coaching. I struggled almost my whole life with my weight and my inability to overcome my “inner bastard”. Being quite headstrong and straight forward in most of the other parts in my life, I just couldn't understand why weight loss and feeling at ease in my body seemed to be out of reach for me. I hated myself for being so weak and almost gave up. That's when I "stumbled" over a online weight loss program. I enrolled to one of the programs in there and slowly but steady I started changing my nutrition, my habits and I changed to be more mindful with myself, my life and food. And most importantly, I changed my diet mindset!
There is no "one fit approach"! We are all so beautifully different and unique. Our bodies are differently built, we're coming from different life backgrounds, we work in different jobs - some work in physically challenging jobs and others more sedentary. There are moms, granny's, singles and married women. Some are working shift, others have an 9 to 5 job. Some are struggling with gut problems and others are dealing with pre-menopausal or other physical or mental challenges. There are couch-potatoes and the busy bees, gym-enthusiasts and those who start sweating when only thinking about sports. We're all unique and complex and that's why there is not "one size fit all" program. I assess and work with every client individually and taking into account the personal situation and needs.
As coach it's my job to open the door for you but let you make your own steps, reaching milestones and implement changes in your daily life. I will be at your side to empower and encourage you on your journey. But I will not, and I can't go the steps for you - this is 100% your job!
I will ask you questions, give you tips and provide you with lots of helpful tools.
I will question and point things out, I will encourage you, and I will remind you and cheer you on your way. My aim is for you to gradually adopt and implement a sustainable, healthy and balanced lifestyle which works for you personally. It is my goal for every client to see them "leaving" my program empowered and in control.
3-week Revamp Program
To jumpstart your health journey I recommend this focused and intensive program. You will quickly establish new, healthier habits. And you'll come out of it revitalized and motivated to continue your weight loss journey from there.
We're starting off with the 12-Week Signature Program but with 1 personal coaching session per month. After the 12 weeks were going on a deep-dive into the direction you need or want some special guidance. After the additional 12 weeks you will be a "pro" when it comes to your own nutrition and health journey.
